Terms & Conditions

Before progressing with your order, we will need confirmation that you agree to the terms and conditions of sale. It is strongly recommended that you read this document in full and to keep a copy for your own records. 

You have checked and agree the style, size and colour of the items ordered/reserved are correct.

  • You agree to items ordered with a 50% non-refundable initial payment.  The outstanding balance is to be settled 21 days before the dress arrives in the boutique.  For Chosen by Kyha orders, a 50% non refundable initial payment is due on order, with the remainder due 6 weeks before the dress arrives in the boutique.               

  • If a payment plan has been agreed upon, you agree payments will be paid as set out in the plan within the agreed time.  Failure to maintain regular payments will cancel this agreement and all outstanding balances will become due for immediate settlement. Payments made via payment plans are also non-refundable. 

  • All goods will remain the property of MiliMili Bridal Ltd until full and final payment has been made.  No goods are to be removed from the premises until the full and final balance of the order has been settled.

  • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders should the customer change their mind or cancel the wedding.  As a made-to-order product, we cannot cancel the dresses and full payment will be required.

  • We strongly recommend you take out wedding insurance.


Measurements

  •   All gowns are ordered by the manufacturer's size charts following measurements being taken. 

  • The customer has consulted the size chart and agrees with the size being ordered. 

  • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes in measurements which may occur to the customer’s body, shape, width, size or height. This includes pregnancy, post-pregnancy and surgery. 

  • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held responsible for any measurements supplied by the customer (e.g over the telephone, email, text message etc)

  • Exact colour shades or fabric designs on trims including lace cannot always be guaranteed with material/fabric swatches used as a guide only. All goods are subject to slight dye variations in manufacturing, this is outside of MiliMili Bridal Ltd’s control. 

  • Alteration charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid for separately. Alterations should be expected as standard.

  • Any alteration cost provided at the time of purchase is an estimate.  The seamstress will provide you with the price to be paid once she has seen you in your dress and assessed what work needs completing. 

  • Alterations are carried out by an independent seamstress, she is not an employee of MiliMili Bridal Ltd. Brides are not obliged to use the seamstress and we cannot be held responsible for any work undertaken. 

 Goods Delivery 

  • Standard deliveries are 12-24 weeks from the date of order unless we are waiting on final measurements or if that customer has specified a later delivery date agreed at the time of ordering.  Wedding gowns can take up to 10 months to arrive in store, however, they may arrive sooner.  If we are waiting for final measurements from you, it is your responsibility to give us sufficient time to order your goods.  We cannot be held responsible for late measurements.

  • All delivery dates are approximate and are subject to change. 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to give the correct wear dates, or if getting married outside of the UK to ensure we are given the correct departure dates to ensure your goods arrive on time. 

  • Short notice or rush orders may be possible at the discretion of management and the designer/manufacturer. Any additional costs in securing an earlier delivery date remain the customer's sole responsibility. 

  • MiliMili Bridal Ltd is not responsible for incorrect dates given by the customer at the time of ordering. 

  • MiliMili Bridal Ltd is not responsible or liable for colours, fabrics and style's that we do not hold in store if the customer is not happy with them on their arrival in store. 

Goods Arrival/Collection

  • Customers will be notified when their order has arrived in the boutique by email, letter, telephone or text message. 

  • Any late payments will incur a £10 per week late fee. If after 60 days the balance has not been paid, we will seek to obtain the outstanding balance via a collections agency. 

  • MiliMili Bridal strongly advises that make-up/fake tan is not worn at any of your dress fittings.  If you decide to wear make-up, MiliMili Bridal cannot be held responsible if this marks your dress.

  • MiliMili Bridal Ltd cannot be held liable for the damage or loss of goods once the customer has taken them away from the premises. 

  • A one-off charge of £35 will be made for any dresses being stored at the boutique in the lead-up to the wedding date.

Sale/Discounted Stock

  • Sale items are either ex-showroom stock or discounted samples and are NOT SOLD AS PERFECT. The customer has examined these items at the time of sale and is willing to accept these defects.

  • The items are sold as seen and cannot be returned/cancelled once purchased.

  • All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders.

This contract shall be subject to English Law and the jurisdiction of the English and Wales Courts. The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your statutory rights and they remain unaffected.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you can return/exchange your item to us within 14 days of receipt. A return request is to be sent to enquiries@milimili.co.uk.Items are to be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition – if the piece is returned faulty, damaged or unsellable upon inspection then the refund could risk being denied. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning items of high value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

 How long will we keep your data Mailing list data is stored indefinitely. Enquiries, orders and customer data will only be kept until no longer relevant; usually for a maximum of 6 months following the date of your wedding or event. When your booking comes to an end, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to stay in touch.

Security All data collected is stored on password protected devices for security purposes and will never been shared with any third parties. Mailing list data is stored and managed using Mailchimp. MiliMili Bridal promises to safeguard and secure the information collected to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
