Founded in 2012, MiliMili has become well known as a modern, luxury bridal boutique.  We welcome brides from all over the UK who have come to see our dress edit and experience the MiliMili welcome. At MiliMili, exceptional customer service is paramount. We provide a luxury experience and require our brides to be treated with the upmost care.

This is a Maternity Cover role with the possibility of a permanent contract.

As a bridal consultant you will helping our brides choose the dress for one of the most important days of their lives.  The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the boutique environment, steaming dresses, stock control and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Maximise sales performance and productivity

  • Support the execution of in store events

  • Awareness of stock and inventory

  • Adhere to MiliMili grooming guidelines

  • Maintain the high standard of housekeeping

  • Learn new systems as well as basic knowledge of Word/Excel

Days of work:

Tuesday: 10am-2pm

Wednesday: 10am-2pm

Thursday: 10am-2pm

Saturdays: 9am-5pm (one Saturday a month off)

One Sunday a month 10am-2pm.

Bridal experience not necessary as full training provided, but applicants must have a proven sales and customer service background.
